Copyright Disputes

If you would like to report any suspected or actual infringement, please send an email to [e-mail], the address of ManesLAB's copyright department.

Please kindly use "Copyright Infringement Report + Reported Contract Address" as the email subject.

The notification must be in writing and include the information listed below to be valid:

• a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you allege has been infringed;

• an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

• a description of the location on the Platform of the allegedly infringing content, with enough specificity to enable us to locate it;

• Address of your valid residence, contact info, and email address;

• a declaration from you stating that you believe the disputed use is not permitted by the law, the copyright or intellectual property owner, or the owner's representative;

• a declaration from you, given under oath and to the best of your knowledge and belief, that the information in your notice is true and correct and that you have the authority to speak for the copyright or intellectual property owner.
